Sumanth’s first look as Akkineni Nageswara Rao in ‘NTR’ unveiled

Actor Sumanth’s first look as the Tollywood baton, legendary late Akkineni Nageswara Rao in the upcoming much-awaited biopic ‘NTR’ has been revealed.The 43-year-old actor took to Twitter and released his look on Thursday, on the occasion of the legendary actor’s 94th birthday. Sumanth appears every bit like Akkineni Nageswara Rao in the picture shared by him on social media.“In remembrance of #ANR on his 94th birth anniversary today. Here's my look (one of many) in #NTR #NTRBioPic #ANRLivesOn”, the actor tweeted.When it comes to his hair and makeup for the role, Sumanth resembles the legendary actor and it adds to the level of confidence that he would need to play Akkineni Nageswara Rao. So far, the makers have released the first looks of Nandamuri Balakrishna as Sr NTR, Rana Daggubati as Sri Nara Chandra Babu Naidu and we will have to wait for the rest of the looks of the cast.Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, the film traces Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’s journey from back in the day when he forayed into the film industry to getting elected as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The film also stars Vidya Balan who plays Sr NTR’s wife Basavatarakam and Murali Sharama will essay the role of Alluri Chakrapani.
