While the makers are yet to reveal the entire cast of the film, there are multiple ongoing speculations that suggest Tollywood star Gopichand will be seen playing the villain of the film. If the rumours turn true, ‘Spirit’ could offer him such a role. This film would also be his first-ever on-screen project with Prabhas and his first time working under Sandeep Reddy Vanga.Last week, the makers officially announced the release date of ‘Spirit’. The film will release worldwide on March 5, 2027. Sandeep Reddy Vanga shared a special poster on Instagram to confirm the date. Earlier, the film was expected to be released in 2026, but it was pushed due to long shooting schedules and heavy post-production work. The makers on New Year shared the first look poster of the film. It shows Prabhas standing shirtless with his back seen. He is seen bruished with Triptii Dimri standing in front of him, lighting his cigarette. Speaking about the cast of the film, the film also features Vivek Oberoi and Prakash Raj in key roles. Music is composed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s longtime collaborator Harshavardhan Rameshwar, who also composed for ‘Animal’ and ‘Arjun Reddy’.
