Sai Dharam Tej's ''Jawaan'' turns 3: BVS Ravi shares pics with his team

Writer BVS Ravi made his directorial debut with the 2011 film Wanted. His second directorial venture Jawaan completes 3 years on December 1. As the film turns 3, the filmmaker took to social media and wrote a heartfelt note and thanking the cast and crew of the movie.
Taking it to micro-blogging site Twitter, BVS Ravi also shared photos of Sai Dharam Tej, Dil Raju, Prasanna and Thaman, and wrote, ''It’s been a very special journey for me&my #Jawaan team, ThankU @IamSaiDharamTej @Prasanna_actor @Mehreenpirzada #ArunachalCreations @MusicThaman 3years and memories afresh.''


Jawaan stars Sai Dharam Tej and Mehreen Pirzada in the lead roles.The star cast also includes Prasanna, Subbaraju, Jayaprakash, Eeswari Rao, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Surya, Naga Babu, Appaji Ambarisha Darbha, Anish Kuruvilla, Satyam Rajesh and Raj Madiraju among others. Even though the film failed to impress the audience and the cast was applauded for their performances. The film was backed by Krishna and Dil Raju under the banner Arunachal Creations.
On the work front, Sai Dharam Tej is awaiting the release of debutant Subbu’s Solo Brathuke So Better. The film was earlier scheduled to hit the theatres on May 1 but got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Reports state that the film is currently post-production phase and is all set to hit the theatres on December 25. Thaman has composed music for the movie while Venkat C Dilip handled the camera. Naveen Nooli will edit the flick.
