This movie needs no introduction. Tagore, a professor, joins hands with his former students and makes a group called the Anti-Corruption Force (ACF) whose only motive is to bring corrupt officials to justice and protect civilians from their influence. The Chiranjeevi starrer left a social impact as many people came forward to talk about corruption and bureaucracy. Directed by VV Vinayak, the 2003 film managed to strike the right chord and received huge success.

Director Sekhar Kammula’s 'Leader' is the true blue portrayal of Indian politics. Arjun becomes the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh after the assassination of his father by bribing the Member of Legislative Assembly (MLAs.) However, he aims to free the political system of corruption and fulfil his father's wish. Starring Rana Daggubati, the movie received positive reviews from critics and it was a super hit at the box office.

Bharateeyudu
Shankar’s 'Bharateeyudu' is considered to be the best film ever made in India. The story is of how a freedom fighter fights against society for justice. An honest veteran, having served in the Indian Army, decides to teach corrupt officials a lesson. He targets officials, ministers, and bureaucrats to make them work diligently without accepting bribes. Extraordinary performance by Kamal Haasan as a freedom fighter and corrupted RTO officer won him a National award in 1997.

Bharat Ane Nenu
The 2018 film talks about why citizens of India should have responsibility and accountability in their various duties. Bharat, a graduate from Oxford, is forced to take up his father's position as the chief minister of united Andhra Pradesh after his sudden death. He tries to reform the corrupt society but faces obstacles from his enemies. Written and directed by Koratala Siva, 'Bharat Ane Nenu' featured Mahesh Babu and Kiara Advani in lead roles.

This Shankar directorial film is an excellent take on the corruption in today’s world. Ramanujam, who suffers from multiple personality disorder, works as a lawyer by day and a vigilante at night. He uses tips from the Garuda Purana, a sacred Sanskrit book as his tools to expose various antisocial elements. Featuring Vikram, the film has attained a sort of cult status due to its amazing direction, haunting dialogues, outstanding performances and soul-stirring music.
