Ram Charan starrer ‘Peddi’ more than a sports drama as final 20 minutes will ‘blow minds’, reveals cinematographer Ratnavelu

Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’, directed by Buchi Babu Sana, is one of the most anticipated releases this year that fans have been eagerly awaiting. After completing the film’s shoot and editing, cinematographer Ratnavelu recently shared that the film is beyond a “sports drama” and has “multiple action sequences.”According to a report by 123Telugu Ratnavelu also shared that the film is a commercial flick which has realistic content and offers interesting vibes. He said, “There will be multiple action sequences. Beyond sports, it has got action. Peddi is a commercial film with realistic content and also it does offer interesting vibes. There is a night-effect fight sequence, and an action sequence in a railway yard.”Another report by the media outlet Tupaki suggests that the cinematographer mentioned that the last 20 minutes of ‘Peddi’ is an “emotional stunner.” He further called Ram Charan’s performance in those scenes will “blow minds.”Earlier, when Ratnavelu confirmed that the film had completed its shoot, he called working with Ram Charan a “memorable journey”. He took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle to write: “It’s a wrap for Mega power star @AlwaysRamCharan ! #Peddi -A Memorable journey. Working with #RC has been truly special. The music is composed by AR Rahman. The movie is also reported to have a special song with Shruti Haasan dancing with Ram Charan.The film is announced to be released on the big screens on June 4, 2026, in multiple languages worldwide.
