During the Deeksha days, Ram Charan follows many strict customs. He wears the Ayyappa mala every day during this time. Additionally, keeping his lifestyle simple and calm, he wears only black clothes and walks barefoot as per a Moneycontrol report. During this time, he only eats pure vegetarian food and focuses on peace, devotion and self-control.

It is reported that Ram Charan followed every rule of the Deeksha, even at the party. He wore the mala and black outfit. Interestingly, Ram Charan has followed this Deeksha twice every year for over twenty years.
