Ram Charan calls women his ‘greatest strength’ as he shares joy of welcoming twins with Upasana Konidela

‘RRR’ star Ram Charan and his wife Upasana Konidela are now parents of twins as they welcomed a girl and a baby on January 31, after their daughter Klin Kaara’s birth in 2023. The announcement was made by Chiranjeevi and now Ram Charan has himself shared a social media post expressing his joy and calling women in his life his greatest strength.

Sharing a post on his Instagram handle, Ram Charan posted a picture with Upasana Konidela from a photoshoot where both are seen posing in black outfits.

Ram Charan’s heartfelt message

With the picture, Ram Charan wrote, "Happy to share that we have been blessed with a baby boy & girl. Having two daughters and a son fills us with immense gratitude. The women in our life have been our greatest strength.” He also thanked everyone who stood by them. He added, "I’m very thankful to all our fans, family and well-wishers who have stood by us and supported us through every moment."

Ram Charan and Upasana got married in June 2012. In June 2023, they welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Klin Kaara.

Earlier in a statement, Ram Charan also said, “Being blessed with three children fills me with gratitude. I'm thankful to all our fans, loved ones and well-wishers, who have stood by us and supported us through every moment.”

Chiranjeevi welcomes the twins

Megastar Chiranjeevi and his wife Surekha Konidala also shared the happy news. Through the ‘Godfather’ actor’s official handle, they wrote, "With immense joy and a heart full of gratitude, we are happy to share that @AlwaysRamCharan and @upasanakonidela have been blessed with twins - a baby boy and a baby girl. Both the babies and the mother are healthy and doing well."
