'Pushpa' actor Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari confesses to charges of threatening a woman!

'Pushpa' actor Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari was arrested a couple of weeks back over an assault allegation and now it has been reported that the actor after being in remand for two weeks with the police and after a detailed investigation, has confessed to the charges of threatening a woman.

The Hyderabad police arrested Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari in relation to the death of a junior woman artist who commited suicide on November 29. The reports claimed that Jagadeesh had taken compromising pictures with her and created emotional distress to the woman as he threatened to leak them online. Jagadeesh was in relationship with the woman few years back and they both broke up mutually as they wanted to concentrate on their film career.

The India Glitz reported that the actor admitted to threatening the woman by releasing their intimate photos. The media report read that Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari resorted to threatening the woman because she distanced herself from him and became close with other men and wanted to manipulate her to return to him and he also revealed that he threatened and blackmailed her to release the photos in which they look compromising.

The latest police investigation has revealed that the actor is accused and will soon be going to the court to hear his case. He was earlier arrested by the police under IPC Section 174 (suspicious death) of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).
