Pawan Kalyan's wife Renu Desai turns producer

Renu Desai, wife of Pawan Kalyan, has turned producer for a Marathi film Mangalashtake Once More. The film, which has Swapnil Joshi and Mukta Barve in lead roles, is currently being shot in Pune. The story of a film revolves around a husband and wife who are working towards saving their dying relationship.
'Marathi theatre has done considerably well but Marathi cinema has always taken a backseat and has been under the influence of B-Town flicks.Since I was born and brought up in Pune, I wanted my first independent production to be a Marathi film,' says Renu Desai.
