Nani is working on his upcoming film, 'The Paradise' with Srikantha Odelam the film seems to be a raw and gritty cinematic experience. Nani who dons a never-seen-before avatar a few days ago accidentally called the film "Mad Max" from India. Now he explained what he meant by it.During a conversation with The Hollywood Reporter, Nani himself described 'The Paradise' as "maximum madness," clarifying earlier comments where he referred to it as "India's Mad Max." He explained that the film isn't directly inspired by 'Mad Max'. He said, "We are in the prep work right now for 'The Paradise'. We will start shooting soon, and it's a crazy film. In fact, in one of my interviews, I said the film is 'Mad Max'. However, somebody wrote that it is a 'Mad Max' kind of film."Nani further added, "Srikanth has extremely unique weak points. The highs come from the most unexpected places. The way he looks at a particular episode or a scene, I don't think any filmmaker in the Telugu industry will see it like that."The makers released the teaser of the film earlier, It showed a dark and intense world, focusing on the struggles of an oppressed community.
It opens with a voiceover narrating how doves and parrots have often been celebrated in history, while crows remain ignored, a metaphorical setup for the story's revolutionary tone. Nani's character comes as a savior for this marginalized group, armed with a countryside gun and sporting braided hair, rugged attire, and a belt labeled "HERO." The teaser avoids conventional storytelling tropes and instead focuses on raw emotions and striking imagery. Directed by Srikanth Odela, who previously collaborated with Nani on the critically acclaimed 'Dasara'.'The Paradise' is being made on a grand scale with plans for global distribution. The film will be released in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, English, and Spanish.
