Mahesh Babu took to Instagram in 2019 to share a throwback photo of him and
Vijayashanti from the sets of their earlier in 1989. The picture depicted a young
Mahesh standing alongside Vijayashanti during the filming of 'Koduku Diddina Kapuram.' He shared this photo during the shoot of 'Sarileru Neekevvaru.'
Mahesh Babu and Vijayashanti, who last appeared on screen together in the 1989 movie 'Koduku Diddina Kapuram,' made a comeback for the 2020 release 'Sarileru Neekevvaru.' In the previous film, Mahesh Babu played the role of Vijayashanti's on-screen son, which was his debut in playing a role as a child artist.
The two actors had played important roles in that film. Prominent figures like Krishna, Mohan Babu, Gummadi, Prabhakar Reddy, Giri Babu, and Pradeep Shakti were among the star-studded cast of 'Koduku Diddina Kapuram'.
