‘F2 – Fun and Frustration’: Interesting photos from the sets

‘F2 – Fun Frustration’, starring Victory Venkatesh and Varun Tej, has set some high expectations in the minds of film buffs. The romantic comedy is said to be one of the big releases of 2019 as it gears up for its scheduled release on 12 January. All Venky and Varun Tej fans out there have a lot to look forward to as the film is said to be a sensational comedy dhamaka.

While we wait for the film to hit the big screens, here's a look at some interesting photos from the sets.

The team commenced shooting for ‘F2 – Fun and Frustration’ by coming together for a photo on the sets. We can see Victory Venkatesh, Varun Tej, Mehreen Pirzada, Tamannaah Bhatia, Anil Ravipudi and their co-stars putting on bright smiles and giving the thumbs up as they pose for the click. While Tamannaah dressed in a pink floral saree, Mehreen donned a jumper while Venky went for a formal attire and Varun sported casuals for the click. Dil Raju is bankrolling the project and Devi Sri Prasad is composing music for the film.

Inbetween the bustle of the shoot, lead actresses Mehreen and Tamannaah came together for a selfie. The duo will be seen playing siblings in the film, sources close to the project told the media. It will be interesting to see them as on-screen sisters and how they connect with Venky and Varun's characters in the film. While Mehreen Pirzada is playing Varun Tej's love interest, it is heard that Tamannaah is essaying the role of Venkatesh's wife.

Venkatesh, Anil Ravipudi and two other technical members are seen striking a pose for a photo. Sporting a yellow striped shirt and multi-colour lungi, Venkatesh can be seen bringing on his brand of swag to the picture. The actor is best known for his witty and sentimental one-liners. While the makers haven’t released the first look poster of the film yet, it is safe to say that expectations are running high for this high-voltage comedy entertainer.

Varun Tej marked the first day of his scheduled shoot with a photo along with his fellow co-stars. Priyadarshi Pullikonda of ‘Pelli Choopulu’ fame, who is also seen in the pic, will be playing a key role in the film. He was last seen in Natural star Nani’s maiden production venture ‘Awe’ directed by Prasanth Varma. It has been reported that he has several other projects in his kitty, making him one of the most sought-after comedians in Tollywood.

Venkatesh and Tamannaah were clicked relaxing in between their shoots. While the actress got her hair styled for her next screen, Venkatesh who will be paired up with the beauty for the first time was seen lounging on his chair.

Apart from this film, Tamannaah is working on Prasanth Varma's Telugu remake of ‘Queen’, which has been titled ‘That is Mahalakshmi’.

Venky, Tamannaah, Mehreen, Varun Tej and Anil Ravipudi were seen sharing some candid moments together while shooting. The happy bunch came together while posing for a selfie with director Anil Ravipudi. So far, the shoot has been running at a rapid pace without any hurdles. Furthermore, the team will reportedly shoot a song which will feature the entire cast, stated a report. ‘F2 – Fun and Frustration’ witnesses the collaboration of director Anil Ravipudi and producer Dil Raju for the second time after ‘Supreme’.

‘F2 – Fun and Frustration’ team marked the wrap up of the first schedule of their shoot with a group photo. The makers had announced that the second schedule will go on floors end of July. On the occasion of the wrap, the team has celebrated the day by cutting a large cake. Character artist Pragathi is also seen in the photo. She played the role of a mother to several Tollywood stars like Nani, Nithiin, Naga Shaurya, Allari Naresh, Allu Sirish, Ram Pothineni, Gopichand and Naga Chaitanya.

There are many photos from the sets that have made their way online, but this click of actor Venkatesh clicked while in conversation with director Anil Ravipudi, Varun Tej is our favourite. Varun has a never-seen-before avatar in the much-awaited comic drama. As Varun last scored a big hit with Venky Atluri’s ‘Tholi Prema’, there is a lot riding on this multi-starrer. Moreover, this time, he is sharing screen space with Venkatesh and their combination is the talk of the town. This is not the first time that Venky has teamed up with other Tollywood stars. He also shared screen space with Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan in ‘Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu’ and ‘Gopala Gopala’ respectively.
