Dimple Hayathi and her lawyer issue statements after a case is filed on the actress

A case has been filed on actress Dimple Hayathi by traffic DCP Rahul Hegde after a parking tussle between the duo turned ugly.

The complaint filed by DCP’s driver alleges that the actress intentionally hit the policeman’s car apart from traffic cones. A CCTV video was also leaked, which showed the actress near the car. As news broke, Dimple took to social media to share, “Using power doesn’t stop any mistake; Misuse of power doesn’t hide mistakes #satyamevajayathe. (sic)” Later in the day, she also released a statement, that reads, “Whatever is the on going issue, I understand the concern of my fans and media, and I thank everyone for your cooperation and support I haven’t given any official statements so far, hence, I would request you’ll to wait in patience. Till then the concerned legal team shall revert back about the deal soon. Yours, Dimple Hayathi team. (sic)”


Dimple’s lawyer, Paul Satyanandan also spoke to the press, alleging that everyone from those in charge of the CCTV footage to the Jubilee Hills Police are in the cop’s favour. He said, “How did the traffic cement blocks, a government property, end up in the parking lot? In any apartment, you cannot block the common area. But he did it purposefully to provocate. He has also been speaking disrespectfully to my client for the last two months.”
