Jr NTR's 2024 film, 'Devara: Part 1', received somewhat mixed and underwhelming responses from the fans upon its release. The movie was left with a suspenseful climax, which would continue in its sequel. However, the latest reports suggest the makers might have decided to shelve the project.
As per a report by Let's Cinema, the second part of the franchise, 'Devara: Part 2' has been shelved by the makers. It seems that the new draft and narration of the film draft given by Koratala Siva might not have sat well with Jr NTR. It feels like a forced fit rather than a naturally much-needed sequel. Although these are speculations and the official announcement is yet to be made by the makers.
The film features Anirudh Ravichander's score.
