‘Cheekatilo’ trailer: After Naga Chaitanya, superstar Venkatesh lauds Sobhita Dhulipala’s film glimpse

The actor is now awaiting the release of her next ‘Cheekatilo’, wherein she plays a podcaster. The trailer of the film was recently launched, and the whole industry is raving about it. Sobhita Dhulipala’s upcoming Telugu release ‘Cheekatilo’ has become the talk of the town. The trailer of the film was launched on Monday, January 12. Superstar Venkatesh came across the trailer, and he was all praise for it. He reshared the trailer on his Instagram story and said, “Looks like a compelling thriller… best wishes to the entire team."





Venkatesh’s appreciation comes just after Naga Chaitanya. Naga Chaitanya was absolutely blown away by the trailer of his wife Sobhita’s film. In an Instagram story, Naga Chaitanya wrote, “Intriguing… Looking forward to a solid performance. See you on January 23, 2026.”

All about ‘Cheekatilo’

Directed by Sharan Kopishetty, ‘Cheekatilo’ is an upcoming crime thriller featuring Sobhita Dhulipala in the lead role. She plays the role of Sandhya, a criminology graduate and true crime podcaster. Set in Hyderabad, the film revolves around Sandhya, who is on the hunt for a serial killer.
