Being sexy is a lot of hard work: Samantha

The fast-paced item song ‘O antaava oo antaava’ from Pushpa, in which actress Samantha set the dance floor on fire, turned out to be one of the most-watched songs of the year. The lyrical song hit a whopping 100 million views on YouTube and Samantha said that she feels grateful for all the love she has received for the song. The actress said being sexy was one of the biggest challenges for her.

Taking to social media, Samantha, wrote, "I played good, i played bad, i was funny , i was serious, i was a chat show host too.. i work really hard to excel at everything that I take up ...but being sexy is next level hard work....phew (sic).”
Singer Indravathi Chauhan gave her voice to this special number and Devi Sri Prasad composed tunes. Allu Arjun played the role of Pushpa Raj in the film who makes it big in the world of redwood smuggling. Directed by Sukumar, it also has Fahadh Faasil as Banwar Singh Shikawat, the antagonist. The film, which has Rashmika Mandanna as the female lead, released in theatres on December 17. Meanwhile, the film's second part is titled, Pushpa: The Rule. Director Sukumar announced that they will start filming in January and are aiming for an October 2022 release.
