Adivi Sesh screens Major trailer to select few in Mumbai: Here's how they responded

Sashi Kiran Tikka’s Adivi Sesh and Saiee Manjrekar starrer Major is all set for release with the film in its final stage of post-production.
While the film’s theatrical trailer will be released to public on May 9, Adivi Sesh revealed that the Hindi version of it has already been screened to a select few in Mumbai. He wrote on his social media, “Showing early version of the trailer to a select few today in Mumbai.:) Loving their Reactions :) (sic)” The trailer seems to have gotten good response with those who watched it, lauding Sesh and the ‘emotional content’ state makers. Now that the trailer has been received well there, the makers can’t wait to see how the public receives it.

Talking to Hyderabad Times about getting into the skin of the character, Adivi Sesh had once said, “More than the physicality of it, I needed to understand his soul. He is a national hero and I have the responsibility to keep it as real as possible. The idea is not to mimic but understand him.”
Shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, Major traces 26/11 martyr Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s journey from childhood and teenage to his glorious years in the Indian Army, leading up to the tragic events of the Mumbai terror attack. Prakash Raj, Revathi and Murli Sharma play key roles in the film that’ll also release in Malayalam on June 3.
