Anchor Laasya to play Nandamuri Kalyan Ram's sister?

Anchor Laasya is a name that is very popular across Telugu audience in two states.
Laasya, who recently got married to her long time beau is again looking out to make a decent comeback. This time though, the host will not be seen in any television shows but on the big screen.
Accordingly, the anchor had played a pivotal role in an upcoming film titled 'Raja Meeru Keka' and is now said to have been approached for a character in a film starring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram.
Laasya will play sister to Kalyan Ram in the film MLA, under the direction of Upendra Madhav.
The shooting of the film is going to begin from June 9.
