Actor Jai debuts as a singer in 'Jarugandi'

The first single 'Seyiradha Senju Mudi' from his upcoming film 'Jarugandi' directed by Pichu Mani has been released. Interestingly, actor Jai has crooned a song for the first time in his career. Director Venkat Prabhu’s dad Gangai Amaran has penned the lyrics for the track composed by Bobo Shashi of 'Kulir 100' fame.
The film is directed by debutant director Pichu Mani, an assistant of Venkat Prabhu and is the maiden production venture of actor Nithin Sathyaa.Amit Kumar Tiwari, who played the villain's son in Siruthai, will be playing the antagonist. Touted to be a heist comedy, the film has Malyalam actress Reba Monica of Jacobinte Swargarajyam fame making her Tamil debut.
Just like jarugandi, which means 'move on' in Telugu, the film's script is a fast moving one, said Nithin Sathyaa earlier. Bobo Sashi of 'Kulir 100 degree' fame is the music composer with Aravindh handling the cinematography and Praveen KL incharge of the editing.
