What's common betwen Vijay and Akshay Kumar?

Namma Ilayathalapathy Vijay and Bollywood's Akshay Kumar have a lot in common. The Khiladi Kumar is not only working in the Hindi remake of Vijay-starrer Thuppaki, but he has also danced to the tunes of the Hindi version of Appadi Podu in his Boss. The number, incidentally, was picturised on Vijay and Trisha in the hit film, Ghilli.

Akshay Kumar had got the rights of Appadi Podu, and P.A.Deepak (who has worked as sound engineer in Superstar Rajinikanth's Endhiran) has composed the Hindi version of the song, Hum Na Tode.While the original song was a romantic number, with Vijay and Trisha gyrating to it, the Hindi version has more of a 'en kitta modhadhe' appeal, with Akshay warning the goons.
Interestingly, the Hindi version also features a guest appearance by Prabhu Dheva.
