Trisha's 'The Road' to release on October 6

Actress Trisha's next film titled ‘The Road’ which is directed by debutant Arun Vaseegaran is gearing up for release soon. The film also stars Shabeer of 'Dancing Rose' fame from 'Sarpatta Parambarai'. The makers have announced that the action-packed film will hit screens on October 6.
The film has been directed by Arun Vaseegaran, with the music being composed by Sam CS.The star cast includes Santhosh Prathap, Miya George, MS Bhaskar, Vela Ramamoorthy, Vivek Prasanna, Laxmi Priya and others. The film is said to be based on a real-life incident which happened two decades ago.
Announcing the release date, the production house posted, "The countdown begins - Are you ready for the sweetest🥰, deadliest😈 revenge of your life? Fasten your seatbelts! The Road, hitting screens on October 6th! #RevengeFromOct6 #TheRoad"

Produced by AAA Cinemaa, the film was shot in Madurai and in interior parts of Andhra Pradesh. While Sam CS has composed the music, the technical team includes cinematography by KG Venkatesh and editing is by Nagooran.
