Singer Suchitra reveals the one thing that Ajith envied about Vijay

Ajith and Vijay are the two top stars in the Tamil film industry, and they have reached tremendous heights with their blockbuster films. Ajith and Vijay share a good friendship and both have shared screen space in the film 'Rajavin Parvaiyile'. Since then, the two actors have been traveling on their separate paths and reaching new heights in the industry. However, another fun fact is doing the rounds on the internet and that is something that well-known singer Suchitra revealed in a recent interview. She told a publication that there was a time when Ajith envied Vijay for getting all the hit songs to his credit.

Due to the lockdown, celebrities have been interacting with fans and even giving candid interviews as they have time off shooting. In one such recent interview, talented singer Suchitra revealed that once when she was attending a party, she met Ajith. Thala praised her for her song 'Oru Chinna Thamarai' which was from Vijay's film 'Vettaikaran' but then also complained saying that he envied Vijay for getting all the good songs.

Speaking of ‘Vettaikaran’, the film was released in 2009 and was directed by debutant director B Babusivan. It featured Vijay and Anushka Shetty in lead roles and had some beautiful songs in its album. As for Suchitra, she last crooned for Ailasa Ailasa in 'Vanakkam Chennai' under Anirudh Ravichander's music.
