Shoot of Dhanush-Karthik Subbaraj film wrapped up

Dhanush and Karthik Subbaraj have finished shooting their film, referred to as #D40, in London. The film's producer, S Sashikanth, tweeted, "And that’s a wrap.... Longest toughest craziest 64 days of non stop shoot in UK .... done. Thanks to the entire team."
The team has been camping in London for the past couple of months shooting this project, which has Malayalam's rising star Aishwarya Lekshmi playing the female lead.Joju George and Kalaiyarasan playing supporting characters while veteran British actor James Cosmo, who has acted in acclaimed projects like Braveheart, Trainspotting, The Chronicles of Narnia, Wonder Woman and Game Of Thrones, is playing a crucial role.
Interestingly, the music director of the film, Santhosh Narayanan, was also camped in London, composing the music for the film. Responding to Sashikanth's film, he posted, "It was a surreal experience indeed. My dream of working literally alongside a shoot came through in the most satisfying manner!"
