Amala Paul-starrer Aadai was one film which had good expectations surrounding it because of its engaging trailer and bold attempt from the actress. The project raised many eyebrows from the day its first look was revealed. The movie, though opened to mixed reviews, was applauded unanimously for the actress’s performance.
It was Rathnakumar’s second directorial outing after Vaibhav-starrer Meyadhaa Maan which released in 2017.
He was recently in the news for joining Vijay’s next project with Lokesh Kanagaraj as a co-writer. It is now heard that he is making his debut in Kollywood with the Hindi remake of Aadai.
