Dressed in a casual red T-shirt and floral shorts, the actor proves age is just a number, and discipline is timeless. Fans flooded the comments with admiration, many calling him “the ultimate inspiration” and “Thalaivar forever young.”

Fitness first for the superstar

Rajinikanth’s commitment to health isn’t a new chapter in his life — it’s been part of his daily script for years. He loves his morning walks and is often spotted strolling through the quiet lanes of Poes Garden, Chennai. Hiking, outdoor exercise, and a clean lifestyle are staples in his routine.



At the 'Coolie' audio launch earlier this month, he spoke about the importance of staying healthy, regular exercise, and leading a peaceful life. The superstar has openly shared how he quit smoking and drinking years ago. He credited the decision with improving his overall well-being.

Interestingly in 'Coolie' film, Rajinikanth's character is a person who has quit smoking and drinking for over 30 years.
