The Malayalam film 'Premalu' was released in theaters on February 9. Directed by
Girish AD, the movie stars Naslen K. Gafoor,
Mathew Thomas, Shyam Mohan, Mamitha Baiju, and Syam Pushkaran, among others. Produced by Fahadh Faasil, the film's music was composed by Vishnu Vijay. The film has made more than Rs. 100 crore at the box office. The film was critically acclaimed, and it also recently had a release in Telugu. As it took the box office by storm in both Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, the makers had planned for a Tamil release as well.
Now, it has been revealed that the movie will be released in Tamil on March 15. Reportedly, the film performed exceptionally well in Malayalam and Telugu, and now the Tamil audience has been looking forward to watching the film in theaters, making it a reason to be watched in India in other dubbed languages.
The new update is that 'Premalu' Tamil version has been certified after censorship formalities, and the romantic comedy trailer has also been launched. Sharing the announcement of 'Premalu' in Tamil, director Dileesh Pothan, who is also the film's producer, tweeted, "Vanakkam Tamil Nadu. The celebrations get bigger with Red Giant Movies. Premalu Tamil version is releasing in theaters on March 15. Come, let's Premalu."
