Madhavan is all praise for Tamil Nadu cops

Actor Madhavan has lauded the efforts of a traffic policeman who pleaded to motorists with folded hands not to come outside unnecessarily during the lockdown due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The video of the traffic cop requesting people not to venture out has become viral on the internet.
Madhavan tweeted, "Tamil Nadu cops risking everything to urge and literally beg some idiot brothers of ours to stay home.I feel so much love, respect & gratitude for these policemen. Salutations Tamil Nadu Police. We owe you. I am so moved. #tamilnadupolice #tamilnadugovernment

Madhavan is busy with Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, a biographical film based on the life of Nambi Narayanan, a former scientist and aerospace engineer who belonged to the Indian Space Research Organisation. The story is about how an innocent scientist was accused of espionage and its aftermath. Madhavan is also part of Maara, the Tamil remake of Malayalam film Charlie.
