Following this, the Madhampatty team has filed a petition in the Madras High Court against Joy Crizildaa. As per News 18, The petition emphasizes that it is completely wrong to drag the company's name into a matter unrelated to the company. Furthermore, it has been requested to prevent personal allegations from being linked to the company. The petition urged by the company states that Joy Crizildaa's action will harm the company's reputation and will have a negative impact on business. They also argued that a company's brand value is based on public trust; in that case, it is unworthy to slander the company without any evidence.

Court directs Joy Crizildaa to respond

Hearing the petition, Judge N. Senthilkumar ordered Joy Crizildaa to file a response, and announced that the next hearing in the case will be held on September 26. Thus, Madhampatty Rangaraj's personal issue has risen to the level of a separate case with the aim of protecting the company's reputation in court.
