Legendary comedian Senthil's son Manikanda Prabhu makes his debut

Actor Bobby Simha, who was last seen in the film ‘Mahaan’ alongside Vikram is working on his next film with a debut director. Directed by debutant NS Rakesh, the film is titled ‘Thadai Udai’ and the film is an action thriller. Interestingly, the film has legendary comedian Senthil in an important role and more interestingly, it also has his son Manikanda Prabhu making his acting debut with the film.
Sharing pictures from the film with Senthil and his song Manikanda Prabhu, Bobby Simhaa posted, "Welcome on board legendary actor #Senthil sir. @actormaniprabhu join the cast of #ThadaiUdai. Real father and son acting as reel father and son too!" (sic)

Produced by Reshmi Simha, the film which also features Misha Narang, Prabhu, and Rohini, went on floors today, May 3 after the Muhurat Puja. The film has Senthil and Manikanda Prabhu playing father and son in the film too. The film is nearing completion and will be wrapped up soon.
