Kumaran is upset now!

How do you react when you are credited in a film which you have not worked for?
Well, this is what has happened to composer-turned-director S S Kumaran and he is now understandably upset. Kumaran, who made his debut as a music director with Poo and became a director with Theneer Viduthi, had worked on Nellu, directed by Shivashankar. The producer of the film has now credited Kumaran for the music in the publicity stills of his new film Venmani.
Says the composer, ���I had accepted Nellu only because it was based on a real-life incident and had a social message. But I hear that the producer has made Venmani with a lot of footage from Nellu and has credited my name under music. It is bad when you are being credited for something that you didn���t work on... Especially, in the industry, when people see your name on a project, they associate you with similar projects. I have tried reaching out to them to make the changes, but they haven't got back yet.���
