Sekhar Kammula’s highly anticipated film 'Kuberaa', starring Dhanush and Nagarjuna Akkineni in lead roles, is off to a strong start with early reviews praising its intense storytelling, layered performances, and philosophical depth. The crime drama dives deep into the journey of a man who rises from being a beggar on the streets to a powerful figure entangled in the harsh realities of ambition, power, and greed. Dhanush takes on the titular role, playing a morally complex character navigating a world full of ethical dilemmas. Opposite him, veteran actor Nagarjuna Akkineni portrays a charismatic and politically influential personality. His character is neither purely good nor evil, allowing him to explore moral grey zones that resonate with today’s audiences. Produced on a lavish budget of over Rs 120 crore, Kuberaa is a true pan-Indian project, releasing simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
