Komban, Kaaki Sattai opt out of Pongal race

This Pongal was to see one of the most fiercely fought box office battles as five films ��� of stars like Ajith, Vikram, Karthi, Vishal and Sivakarthikeyan ��� had announced that they will be releasing. However, Karthi���s Komban and Sivakarthikeyan���s Kaaki Sattai have postponed their release dates. Interestingly, the producers of both these films had carried out ads informing that they will be out for Pongal only a few days ago!
With as many as four films joining the race, we hear that the makers of Komban changed their mind.A source from the team, says, ���The makers decided to push the release of the film to a latter date. However, the date is yet to be decided.���
Meanwhile, a source in the Kaaki Sattai team confirms that the film���s release has been pushed back, and adds that the film will only release after the release of KV Anand���s Anegan, which has Sivakarthikeyan���s good friend Dhanush in the lead.
