Karthi says he is happy, peaceful, and relieved over the success of 'Sardar'

Karthi’s latest release ‘Sardar’ is performing well in theatres and the film is reportedly nearing making more than Rs 80 crore at the box office in the first week of its release. The movie makers also announced that the film will have a sequel and it is expected that the shooting for the same will begin next year.
Actor Karthi speaking to the media on October 26 reportedly stated that the producer had taken a huge risk and said that he is happy over the success of the film.Karthi also said that with ‘Sardar’ receiving a good response and it becoming a hit movie, he is peaceful and relieved.
Karthi also reportedly revealed that the producer of the film took so much pressure and stress on him during the shooting days but never expressed or showed it to anybody. He added that even at times when the budget of the film unexpectedly increases, the producer sported a smile and instantly agreed to it.
Karthi revealed that ‘Sardar’ producer is his childhood friend and that he is happy over the fact that his friend has the strength to handle a huge amount of stress and added that he has learned a lot and said that he can handle the pressure well.
