'Jailer 2': Hrithik Roshan set to reunite with Rajinikanth 40 years after 'Bhagwan Dada'; Shah Rukh Khan DROPPED due to dates issue

After weeks of speculation about a major Bollywood star joining the film, reports now suggest that Hrithik Roshan has officially come on board for a special appearance. A sequel to the blockbuster film 'Jailer' starring Rajinikanth, which is itself one of the most-awaited films, becomes even more anticipated with the entry of Hrithik Roshan. His role is expected to be important to the story rather than a brief guest appearance.According to a report by Variety India, Hrithik Roshan is scheduled to shoot his portions for 'Jailer 2' in Chennai on June 22 and June 23. The report states that his character will enter the story at a crucial stage and help move the narrative forward alongside Rajinikanth's character, Tiger Muthuvel Pandian. The makers are also said to be preparing a completely new look for the Bollywood star, with several look tests planned before filming begins.
