The highly awaited movie ‘Texla’, helmed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth, has hit the floors after the pooja ceremony in Chennai. With
Jai leading the cast, along with
Suraj Venjaramoodu, a National Award-winning actor, 'Texla' delivers a Tamil-Malayalam collaboration never before seen. Located in a rural setting a few decades back, 'Texla' is likely to focus on the day-to-day adventures of the youth.
'Texla' gets a star-studded launch
The muhurat puja function was graced by the presence of film industry bigwigs, leading actors-directors Seeman and Samuthirakani, who arrived to extend their congratulatory wishes and good luck to the team. The film's lead character is played by Jai, while Suraj Venjaramoodu steps into the role of his father in this father-son relationship, which represents the dramatic core of the film. Joining the cast is the talented George Maryan, who had a remarkable secondary role in the previous movie named 'Dragon'. This collaboration is definitely going to add an exciting character to the movie.
Technical team and music collaboration
The technical team of 'Texla' is set to deliver the promise of a good cinematic product. After working with Aishwaryaa Rajinikanth on the music for the 2015 film 'Vai Raja Vai', composer Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the film, leading to anticipations for the soundtrack.
'Texla' - Pan-India release and anticipation
'Texla' is planned as a Pan-India release in five languages: Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. The film is being marketed as an emotional family entertainer and a saga of loss and absence in the current times.
