The ninth season of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) is all set to begin soon. The upcoming edition of the Celebrity Cricket League will kick start on February 18. CCL 2023 will have eight teams - Bengal Tigers, Karnataka Bulldozers, Telugu Warriors, Mumbai Heroes, Chennai Rhinos, Kerala Strickers, Bhojpuri Dabanggs and Punjab De Sher fighting it out to win the trophy. A total of 16 matches will be played in the group-stage encounters before the top four teams will qualify for the semi-finals. The final match of the tournament will be played in Hyderabad on March 19.
At the end of the league matches, the top four teams in the points table will qualify for the semi-finals. The two semi-finals will be played in Hyderabad on the 18th. The teams that finished 1st and 4th respectively in the points table will face each other in the first semi-final, while the second and third-placed teams will face each other in the second semi-final. The winners will face each other in the final on March 19 in Hyderabad.
