When Lal Jose taught Dileep dance moves!

Director Lal Jose who is awaiting the release of his latest movie Spanish Masala revealed last day that the whole movie, which has several songs and dance sequences, was shot without a dance choreographer. "It was a tight 36 day schedule at Spain and we couldn't manage a proper crew." Kunchacko Boban, who is rather a good dancer himself, was able to manage without a choreographer but the case was different with Dileep, said the director with a cheeky smile."I feared me and Dileep would part ways, considering how mad he was at me for not bringing a dance choreographer.Most of the dance moves by Dileep you will see in the movie were taught to him by none other than me." He was relieved when Dileep later reassured him, he said.The director also added that the crew had a difficult time communicating with the local people in Spain, especially those with whom they had to interact. "They knew nothing but Spanish and none of us knew a word of Spanish. But the amazing fact was that by the time we left, the technicians, chefs and dancers who were with us those 36 days were hugging us with tears in their eyes. It was then that I learnt that you don't really need language to communicate."
