The dubbing game

Director Shankar’s Boys, that introduced Siddharth and Genelia to Kollywood, is to be dubbed and released in Hindi.
Now, if sources are to be believed, well-known producer A M Ratnam has roped in Abbas Tyrewala to write the lyrics and dialogues of the movie in Hindi.
We have also learnt that Genelia, who is anticipating the release of her Uthamaputhiran with Dhanush in Tamil, has dubbed for her character in Boys.
AM Ratnam’s son and actor, Ravi Krishna told TOI, “Genelia has dubbed for her part in the film. Abbas Tyrewala has written the lyrics and the songs have been recorded. They have come out pretty well and sound very original. It’s far better than any other dubbed film in quality.”
