Sharwanand's hoping for a hit film

Sharwanand is hoping that his film “Journey”, the Telugu version of Tamil blockbuster “Engeyum Eppothum” will turn out to be as big a hit here as well.
Ace director Murugadoss has produced the film jointly with Fox Star Studios. Sawavanan, a protégé of Murugadoss, has directed the film, the Telugu version is being produced Suresh Kondeti. “It is a very exciting film. I don’t think something like it has ever been tried in Indian cinema.The film has won great critical acclaim in Chennai and I am confident that the film will strike a chord with the Telugu audiences,” beams an excited Sharwanand.
The film also stars actors Jai, Anjali and Anaya in the lead roles in the film. “The film is about two separate love stories that overlap towards the end. We shot most of the film outdoors in natural settings and most of it takes place on the road that’s why we called it “Journey”,” says director Saravanan.
