'Baghtos Kay... Mujra Kar!'

'Baghtos Kay... Mujra Kar!' is a 2017 Marathi language political Comedy-drama film which is directed by Hemant Dhome. It stars Jitendra Joshi, Aniket Vishwasrao and Akshay Tanksale, Hemant Dhome in lead roles. The film is most anticipated because of the subject of Maharashtra's lost glory, its Maratha forts. Director Hemant Dhome played the negative lead character of Shamsher Patil in the film. Dhome’s attempt to construct a story around the dilapidated legacy of the Maratha empire itself deserves applause. This blockbuster film is a must watch film.

'Poshter Girl'

Director Samir Patil’s movie ‘Poshter Girl’, takes a satirical look at the serious issue of female foeticide. This creation is first of its kind in the Marathi industry which would swiftly pass a nice social message in a hilarious way. Marathi star, Hemant has penned the story of the film. The film floats in ‘Pargav Tekawde’ a small village. Poshter Girl, Sonalee Kulkarni as Rupali flashes light over a serious issue of female feticide in a very light-hearted manner. Along with the story, Hemant did a commendable job with his comedy along with Sandeep. The film is an entertaining watch with family or friends over the weekend.

'Aandhali Koshimbir'

'Aandhali Koshimbir', directed by Aditya Ingale directed starred Ashok Saraf, Vandana Gupte, Aniket Vishwasrao, Anand Ingle, Priya Bapat, Hemant Dhome, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Hrishikesh Joshi, Akshay Tanksale, Shrikant Moghe and others. The plot is based on 'Aandhali Koshimbir', hide and seek, wherein every character in the film is playing a game with each other. The cast gets together to take you on a laughter ride. This family entertainer thus deserves a watch.

'Jai Jai Maharashtra Majha'

'Jai Jai Maharashtra Majha' directed by Gautam Joglekar starred Hemant Dhome, Anusha Dandekar, Mahesh Majrekar, Mrinal Kulkarni in the lead role. The story revolves around the life of Ashwini Stevenson, a girl adopted from an orphanage by an American. After she becomes a famous tennis player, she plans a visit to India where she finds many strange connections with her past. This movie definitely deserves a watch.

'Kshanbhar Vishranti'

Written and directed by Sachit Patil, 'Kshanbhar Vishranti' is similar to that of Bollywood's 'Dil Chahta Hai' which is based on the story of friends. Siddharth Jadhav makes you laugh by his punches; Sachit Patil looks handsome and is as good a director besides being an actor. Maanava Naik, Pooja Sawant and Sonalee Kulkarni have played their part well. Hemant Jadhav did a commendable job with his role in the film. The plot tells us about the strong bond between the friends and the love stories budding between them. This movie is worth the watch because of its cinematography as well as the light-hearted entertaining plot.
