#StylishSunday! Raai Laxmi’s summery co-ord to Malavika Mohanan’s all-white maxi dress - the best fashion moments from M-Town

Kickstarting the new episode of #StylishSunday recalling French fashion designer Christian Dior’s quotes, “You can wear black at any time. You can wear it at any age. You may wear it for almost any occasion.”

From Nathalie Emmanuel taking dopamine dressing quite seriously as she chose an Emilia Wickstead dress in a bright yellow hue to Maitreyi Ramakrishnan wearing a printed Zimmermann dress for the promotion of her latest series ‘Never Have I Ever’, this week we saw some out of the box, bold and vibrant fashion moments from across the globe. But are stars down in South’s Malayalam movie industry staying stylish?

Organza ensembles have been introduced and highly popularized by celebrities (of course) during the past couple of years, and the trend hasn’t died down, only flourished. Madonna Sebastian wore this dull rose organza outfit to launch her upcoming film ‘Identity’. She wore the spaghetti strap plain flared kurta, teamed with a pure silk organza dupatta with hand painted anthuriums on it, and gotta patti work. She went for statement gold-toned earrings, a no-makeup look, and a soft wavy hairstyle.

Raai Laxmi’s name is synonymous with all things bright and beautiful, and so are her fashion choices. The diva picked a rust orange co-ord set, while she was exploring the streets of Baku city. The summery co-ord set consisted of a crop top with tie detail, and a mini skirt. The prints on it, balanced the pop, and gave it a more casual and fun look. Raai Laxmi styled the outfit with a minimal necklace, and a pair of white chunky sneakers. She added a fanny pack to it and went for a no-makeup look, and a middle-parted soft wavy hairstyle.

Be it a casual day out or a high fashion event, Malavika Mohanan always brings her A-game, when it comes to fashion. The diva picked an all bling white number for this week. The lustrous white maxi dress with a plunging halter neck and the ruching detail was styled with a faux feather stole. She went for a 90s-inspired messy bun with side swept bangs and completed the look with a layered pearl necklace. Malavika Mohanan looked straight out of a dream, and we are all hearts for the look.
