Kunchacko to speak in Thrissur slang !

The lead actor speaking in a specific dialect seems to be the current trend in Mollywood. After Mammootty and Jayasurya, it is now Kunchacko Boban’s turn to master the Thrissur slang for his next project, to be directed by Diphan.
Tentatively titled Shylock, the movie is set against the backdrop of Thrissur and will see Kunchacko playing a law student. “Kunchacko will play Itty, a typical Thrissurian in the film.As the title suggests, the actor will be seen as a loan shark, who lends money for exorbitant rates,” says Diphan.
However, the director informs us that the project will take off only after his big budget film, Dolphin Bar. “I am currently busy with the post production work of Dolphin Bar. As of now, nothing has been finalised regarding my next project,” says Diphan.
This is the first time that Diphan and Kunchacko are joining hands for a movie.Meanwhile, Kunchacko is currently busy with Lijin Jose’s Law Point and M Padmakumar’s Polytechnic.
