Dileep starrer Ramaleela which was expected to hit theatres on July 7 gets postponed. “The new release date of the film will be on July 21,” says director of the film,
Arun Gopy.
Ramaleela, a directorial by debutant Arun Gopy and bankrolled by Pulimurugan fame Thomichan Mulakkupadam, is touted to be an entertainer and also has Prayaga Martin, Radhika Sarathkumar and Renji Panicker in important roles.
Earlier Arun had announced the change in release date through his social networking page. He wrote: “The 'Ramaleela' team is in a race against time to clear hurdles of the post production work. As it requires more time than expected, we would like to inform our dear friends and well-wishers that the release date has been postponed. The new date will be declared at the earliest. Thanks for your constant love and support (sic”).
The movie is a political thriller with actor Dileep in the lead role and will be seen essaying the character named Ramannunni, who ends up becoming a politician because of unforeseen incidents in his life
