Actor Asif Ali is all set to star in the upcoming movie of the veteran director Sibi Malayil which is titled ‘Kothth’. The film is scripted by Hemanth Kumar and has a battalion of talented casts that include Asif Ali, Nikhila Vimal, Roshan Mathew, and Sudev Nair. Actor Suresh Krishna will be also playing a pivotal role in the film ‘Kothth’. The musical score of the film is composed by Jakes Bejoy and songs by Kailas Menon.

Asif Ali’s upcoming film ‘A Ranjith Cinema’ is written and directed by the debutant Nishanth Sattu who has worked previously with the renowned directors Santhosh Sivan and Amal Neerad. Asif Ali will be sharing screen space with the actress Namitha Pramod in the film and the rest of the cast in the film includes Saiju Kurup, Anson Paul, Balachandra Menon, Sunil Sugatha, and Santhosh George Kulangara.

Asif Ali will be seen teaming up with the director Jeethu Joseph for the first time in the upcoming film ‘Kooman’. In an interview with Etimes, director Jeethu Joseph opened up about the film by saying that ‘Kooman’ is a thriller film and actor Asif Ali will be having an excellent characterization in the film. Actors Renji Panicker, Baburaj, and Jaffar Idukki will be playing a major role in the film ‘Kooman- The Night Rider’.

The upcoming Asif Ali- Mamta Mohandas starrer film ‘Maheshum Maruthiyum’ is directed by Sethu who is best known for the Mammootty starrer film ‘Oru Kuttanadan Blog’. As per the reports, ‘Maheshum Maruthiyum’ is a comedy film telling a triangular love story between a man, a Maruti 800 car, and a woman. The story of ‘Maheshum Maruthiyum’ is set in the year 1983.

Asif Ali teams up with the renowned director Rajeev Ravi for the film ‘Kuttavum Shikshayum’ and the film is scripted by the writers Sreejith Divakaran, Sibi Thomas. The film is touted as a crime- drama and the story is a retelling of a real-life robbery that took place in a jewelry shop in Kasargod in Kerala. The cast of the upcoming film ‘Kuttavum Shikshayum’ Asif Ali, Sunny Wayne, Sharafudheen, Alencier Ley Lopez, Sibi Thomas, Senthil Krishna, and Srindaa.
