Yash is known for his strong screen presence and fit body. Behind that look is a very strict and disciplined daily life. He follows a fixed routine every single day. His food, workouts, and rest are all planned. He believes fitness is not just about looks but about focus and control. Even on busy days, he sticks to his routine. This habit has helped him stay strong for years.
What Yash eats every day
As reported by
health yogi, Yash starts his day with a heavy breakfast full of carbs and protein. He eats a big bowl of nutmeg with nuts. He also has five slices of brown bread, eight egg whites, vegetables, watermelon, and papaya. Before lunch, around 11 am, he drinks protein shakes. Fish is an important part of his diet for protein. In the evening, before going to the gym, he eats four slices of brown bread and four bananas. For dinner, he keeps it light but still rich in protein. He avoids junk food and eats clean every day.
Training twice a day
Yash works out two times a day. His workouts are tough and regular. His evening workout mainly focuses on weight training. He believes consistency is the key. He does not skip workouts easily. This discipline has helped him stay in top shape for films like KGF and now 'Toxic'. Fitness is a daily habit for him and is not something he does for movies.
