Very recently, actor Sudeep completed 25 years of serving the industry and the film fraternity took due notice of his achievements to felicitate and honor him for his achievements. In an event organized specially for the cause, many of Sudeep's industry colleagues and superstars gathered to celebrate his milestone and share their sentiments for the artist and friend in him. The event also saw Karnataka's honorable Chief Minister Shri. B.S. Yediyurappa in attendance and personally acknowledge Sudeep's achievements. Here are some of the best moments captured at the event:

CM B.S. Yediyurappa graced the occasion as the chief guest of honor
The special event organized by the makers of 'Kotigobba 3' had CM B.S. Yediyurappa in attendance who spoke dearly about Sudeep's illustrious career - including the one in television - and congratulated the actor on his achievements. The honorable chief minister also felicitated Sudeep at the gathering by presenting him with a bouqet of flowers and a grand shawl.

Close associate and friend Ramesh Aravind recounts his first meeting with Sudeep
One of Sudeep's earliest costars, Ramesh Aravind, seemed to be in awe of how fast the past 25 years flew by. Recalling his first ever meeting with Sudeep at the time of 'Prathyartha', the 1999 film, Ramesh Aravind touched upon some of the key aspects that make actors like Sudeep and others tick for extended periods of time. His speech also included some of his classical quips wherein he joked about the fact that Sudeep's wife, Priya Radhakrishnan, is one of his biggest fans and that very few husbands manage to achieve the feat!

"Sudeep is like my elder son" - V. Ravichandran
While on stage, Veteran actor V. Ravichandran spoke fondly about Sudeep's journey and touched upon the pain that he has had to endure over the course of last 25 years. He also quipped about how Sudeep actually feels incredibly proud of his achievements and his insatiable smile is actually a cover to that pride. Stating that the Chowdiah Memorial Hall has been the venue for the Silver Jubilee celebrations of his films 'Premaloka' and 'Ranadheera', Ravichandran endearingly added that he feels incredibly glad that his elder son, Sudeep's silver jubilee event too is taking place inside the same premises.

"Welcome to the club," said Dr. Shiva Rajkumar
Having recently completed 35 years as an actor in the industry, Shivanna spoke about the hardships that actors, especially those at the top, face during their careers. "This is the beginning," exclaimed Dr. Shiva Rajkumar and shared an interesting advice with Sudeep wherein he suggested him, and everyone at his position, to continue treating each project as their first. Dr. Shiva Rajkumar also credited Sudeep's sincerity for the achievements and said that this particular quality makes him special.

Sudeep showers praise on all his esteemed guests
Indeed, it was apparent that Sudeep felt truly overwhelmed by the evening's proceedings and the words of the guests present in attendance. So, when it was his turn to address the crowd, Sudeep couldn't help himself but pour praise over his colleagues Ramesh Aravind, V. Ravichandran, Dr. Shiva Rajkumar, and Upendra. Listing out the virtues of each of them, Sudeep summed up their individual significance in a short but powerful speech.
