Sanjjanaa on a roll

In early February, Sanjjanaa shot for the film Sagar with Prajwal Devraj and Radhika Pandit, which is up for release soon. She followed that up with Rebel, opposite Aditya and even went on a long schedule to Singapore. Upon her return, the actor headed to the US for her Telugu film Yamahoo Yama with Sai Ramshankar and Sri Hari.
But while things are clearly falling in place for Sanjjanaa, what has her most excited is one of her upcoming Sandalwood projects ��������� Mahanadi ��������� a heroine-centric film, which is a first for her.���������I���������m glad that all my hard work has paid off and I have been offered such a film. The producers of Mahanadi are investing Rs 3.5 crore on a film with me in the lead and no other big star. With this film I have also been able to hike my remuneration and this is the most I have charged till date. I will do my best to make this film a big success,��������� says Sanjjanna.
But why is she doing such a film? The main reason why I have accepted Mahanadi is because I want to prove myself as a performer and answer all those critics who say that heroines have hardly anything to do in most films effort. I will do my best and hope that this performance-oriented village girl role of mine will win many hearts. Interestingly, Mahanadi is going to be dubbed in Telugu,��������� she adds.
