After being in a relationship for 10 years with actor Chiranjeevi Sarja, Meghana and Chiranjeevi Sarja got married in 2018.After 2 years of marriage life, Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away unfortunately due to a heart attack on June 7, 2020. Five months post his death, Meghana Raj gave birth to Ryaan Raj Sarja on Oct 22, 2020.
