Kannada star couple Yash and Radhika Pandit have invested in Maharashtra’s luxury real estate market as they have reportedly purchased a premium beachfront property in Alibag.
Yash and Radhika make a big property purchase
For the unversed, Alibag is a coastal town that has become a favorite destination for celebrities and investors in recent years. As per a Moneycontrol report, the transaction was officially registered on May 18, 2026 at the Office of Sub-Registrar in Alibag. In addition to it, the couple acquired two adjoining agricultural land parcels in Village Kamath, Taluka, Aliag, District Raigad.
The report further suggests that the combined area of the property is around 5,289 square meters. The land is situated in Village Kamath, which is close to the popular Kihim beach area. The deal also includes a residential structure located on the property. The total value of the transaction is reportedly around Rs 24 crore.
The report also claims that they paid over Rs 1.44 crore as stamp duty and also paid registration charges and document handling fees required for the transaction.
Prime beachfront location
Speaking more about the location, it is said that the property has a good location along the coastline and a village road borders on one side with Arabian Sea on the other. There’s a lane giving direct access to the beach.
Yash’s upcoming films

Yash will be next seen in two of his large scale films which he co-produces under the banner of production house, Monster Mind Creations. The film includes his much awaited gangster action drama, ‘Toxic: A Fairytale of Grown-Ups’. The film’s revised release date is yet to be known. His other film remains the mythological epic, ‘Ramayana’ starring Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi.
On the other hand, Radhika Pandit took an acting hiatus after her marriage to Yash in 2016.
