Aindrita Ray is known for her cuteness quotient in the Kannada film industry. The star made her debut in 2007 with the movie ‘Meravanige’. The actress became popular after the film ‘Manasaare’. Later, she earned many hearts with her acting, those of the audiences as well as the directors. She got married to actor Diganth in 2018 after being in a relationship with him for several years. Junglee

‘Junglee’, starring Duniya Vijay and Aindrita Ray, was directed by Duniya Suri. It is a 2009 action romantic movie, about a village boy who comes to the city and turns into a rowdy person. The whole movie is narrated by the characters themselves while they are travelling together. Aindrita Ray played the role of Duniya Vijay’s lover in the movie, which changes the life of Vijay after killing her father unknowingly. Music given by V. Harikrishna made the movie a super hit.

Manasaare

‘Manasaare’ was a Kannada romantic psychological drama directed by Yogaraj Bhat starring Aindrita Ray and Diganth in the lead roles. Aindrita Ray played the role of a girl traumatised after sexual abuse. Diganth who is an eccentric young man falls in love with her in the 2009 movie. ‘Manasaare’ became a super hit, and Diganth and Aindrita Ray fell in love with each other on the sets. They got married recently.

Paramathma

‘Paramathma’ starring Puneeth Rajkumar, Deepa Sannidhi and Aindrita Ray was directed by Yogaraj Bhat. This 2011 film was a romantic comedy where Aindrita Ray played the second lead role as a cute girl. She narrates the story along with Puneeth Rajkumar in the movie. The character she played was adorable, which gained a lot of attention from the audience.

‘Parijatha’ was a romantic comedy directed by Prabhu Srinivas, starring Diganth and Aindrita Ray. The 2012 film was a remake of the Tamil film ‘Boss Engira Bhaskaran’. Aindrita Ray played the role of the teacher in the movie. This movie showed a different side of Aindrita Ray, thereby proving her acting prowess. This film also created a huge platform for Aindrita in the Kannada film industry.

‘Kaddipudi’ was a crime drama directed by Duniya Suri starring Shivarajkumar and Radhika Pandit. Even though Aindrita Ray played a cameo in this 2013 film, she gained huge popularity by playing the role. She played the role of Daisy, a prostitute in the movie. Her jaw-dropping dance performance blew the minds of the audience.
